Health Systems Management, Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide life-saving care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease or Chronic Kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. This full-time position includes paid on-the-job training; no prior dialysis experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to unit clients.
- Render highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
- Direct and supervise other team members.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the patient's age and developmental status.
- Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.
- Proficiency with computer skills.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Successful completion of the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
