VitalCheck is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide PRN support at an onsite employee health clinic located within a corporate workplace in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver essential health services, including wellness visits, minor illness care, and preventive health support, directly to employees in a professional setting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct patient assessments and obtain relevant medical history.
- Record and monitor vital signs, documenting patient information accurately in the EMR system.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, including urine samples and point-of-care testing.
- Administer immunizations.
- Assist with evaluation and care for minor illnesses and injuries.
- Provide health education and wellness guidance to employees.
What We're Looking For
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Current active basic life support (BLS or ACLS) Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Emergency Room or Urgent Care setting.
- Demonstrated phlebotomy skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.
- Ability to reliably commute to the clinic location in San Francisco, CA 94105.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
