Passion City Church is looking for a Bloom Leader to lead the kids ministry team at our Trilith location. You will cultivate and develop staff and volunteer teams to create an atmosphere of faith, encouragement, worship, and truth for the children of Passion City Church, with the ultimate goal of raising a generation of worshippers marked by their love for Jesus and His Word.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the bloom team at the Trilith location.
- Implement weekly tasks necessary to execute bloom with excellence each Sunday.
- Oversee and shepherd all bloom Door Holder volunteers to ensure they are led and cared for.
- Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding process for new bloom Door Holders, including developing and implementing their training.
- Create trusted relationships with parents and families through consistent, intentional communication to build a partnership for pointing their kids towards Jesus.
- Work alongside the Trilith staff team to ensure growth and stewardship of the people who call the Trilith location home.
- Assist the broader Atlanta bloom team in accomplishing the vision of the House.
- Organize and assist with budgets, expense reports, invoices, and reporting through the Concur system.
- Assist with additional special events and project details.
- Create vision and direction for bloom curriculum.
- Work with the Pastoral Team to help develop a cohesive vision for developing kids from birth through high school graduation.

Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of comparable experience.

You will supervise Trilith bloom Coordinator(s) and a Trilith bloom Door Holder Coordinator, reporting to the Trilith Interim Director of bloom, PK, and Care.

This is an onsite position based at our Trilith location in Atlanta.
