Community Health Network is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a team of dedicated professionals providing exceptional neurological care. The heart of our organization is the community, and we are committed to delivering the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized, patient-focused care for patients with acute stroke, recovering from brain/spine surgeries, or who are neurologically unstable and require frequent monitoring.
- Collaborate with a professional neuro care team including Neurologists and nursing support staff.
- Utilize advanced technology in a welcoming environment that promotes family visitation.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes.
- Demonstrates accountability for own actions with an openness to change and learning.
- Demonstrates customer service skills to provide an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Takes initiative to help others.
- CPR certified.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- One year of nursing experience.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a professional neuro care team including Neurologists and nursing support staff, providing care in a unit equipped with advanced technology for critical neurological conditions.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position in Indiana.
