McLaren Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Port Huron, Michigan. This role is responsible for delivering quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to maintain professional standards, carry out functions according to hospital policy and mission, and direct activities to foster patient and family-centered care.
What You'll Do
- Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
- Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
- Make appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
- Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program.
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program.
- ACLS certification.
