Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is looking for a Project Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Regensburg branch office, supporting bridge construction for new building, expansion, and maintenance measures. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis.

What You'll Do

Manage projects in the field of bridge and structural engineering
Plan, conceptualize, design, and draft structures, including preliminary statics, for new construction, replacement new construction, and maintenance
Create and review tender and award documents
Produce technical documents (e.g., explanatory reports, regulation directories, structure sketches) for administrative and building permit procedures, and provide statements in legal disputes
Review execution plans and bids
Coordinate and supervise all internal and external technical participants, such as planning offices, construction companies, and authorities
Coordinate between different specialist disciplines like environmental protection, landscape planning, road planning, water management, and traffic authorities

What We're Looking For

A scientific university degree (Dipl.-Ing. (Univ.) / Master) in civil engineering, a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience qualifying you for these tasks
Knowledge of structural engineering, ideally in bridge construction
Knowledge in structural analysis and structural planning (design/execution planning)
Knowledge in the tendering of structural and bridge engineering works
Negotiation-secure knowledge of the German language
