Sanctuary Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to join Queens Care Home in Prestwick, Ayrshire. This is a temporary position covering maternity leave for 39 hours per week. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care while leading a team to enrich the lives of our residents.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research-based practice
- Manage holistic care and emergency situations
- Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
What We're Looking For
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Must have excellent communication and record keeping skills
- Must show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Must value and respect older people and their individual needs
- Must have the right to work in the UK
