CVS Health is seeking a Registered Advanced Nurse GHC (59B) PNE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing educational programs, managing quality outcomes, and participating in research activities. You will provide direct patient care, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and counseling for patients and families.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level consultation and advise clinical staff on formulating patient and family diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Plan and deliver relevant staff and patient education regarding care plans.
- Actively participate in research and evidence-based practice activities to positively affect patient care outcomes.
- Provide health care services directly to patients.
- Form diagnoses and manage and treat illness and disease.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Master's Degree or active enrollment in a Masters/DNP program nearing completion.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
- Active Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) state license.
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing care practices and principles.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Leadership abilities to provide guidance, mentorship, and education to nursing staff.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing through continuous professional development.
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years of clinical education experience.
- 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $46.78 - $115.70.
