About the Role

Salesforce, Inc., the #1 AI CRM, is hiring a Regional Vice President, Mulesoft to lead a team of Account Executives in generating revenue and developing partnerships across the Mediterranean region, including Turkey and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for achieving quotas, shaping corporate sales strategy, and embodying a culture where innovation and trust drive customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to generate revenues and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.
  • Support Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training duties.
  • Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories.
  • Coach Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification.
  • Report on sales activity and consistently monitor and enhance the sales activities of the team.
  • Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory.
  • Identify hiring and competency/skills gaps in the Sales team.
  • Manage local and corporate events for MuleSoft topics.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven skills in prospecting, opening new accounts, and developing existing accounts.
  • C-Level readiness and ability to build relationships and generate compelling C-Level points of view with the team.
  • Deep knowledge of how to develop existing accounts.
  • Experience working together with Salesforce/MuleSoft partners.
  • Understanding of the target markets, dynamics of the Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystem, and major competitors.
  • Demonstrated social skills and experience leading a team (informally or formally).
  • 7+ years as an individual contributor in sales or sales leader experience in IT.
  • Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience of implementing management theories.
  • Solid understanding of what MuleSoft does and specific background in IT discussions.
  • Security & Privacy knowledge in the MuleSoft platform.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.

Nice to Have

  • Polish language skills beneficial but not mandatory.

You will lead a team of Account Executives, providing mentorship and strategic direction to drive sales performance.

Work Mode

This role is based locally within the country, focusing on the Mediterranean region including Turkey and Eastern Europe.
