What You'll Do
Define and guide the evolution of enterprise data and system integration strategies within the Azure ecosystem, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals. You will lead the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of core systems including ERP, CRM, IMS, and QMS, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely.
Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to assess operational needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. You will oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines and integration frameworks using tools such as Azure Data Factory, API Management, Mulesoft, or Boomi, ensuring reliable and compliant data flow across platforms.
Lead initiatives to modernize administrative and operational systems, driving process improvements and automation. You will manage data infrastructure, including data lakes, warehouses, and databases in Azure, optimizing for performance and growth. Develop dashboards and reporting systems using Power BI or Tableau to deliver real-time insights across finance, operations, engineering, and business development.
Establish and enforce data governance standards to maintain integrity, security, and regulatory compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC, and ITAR. You will also support integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth data transitions.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise systems, data management, and integration, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, IFF, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Possess deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database
- Show proven ability in managing cloud vendor relationships and integration middleware
- Display strong project management skills, with familiarity in Agile and DevOps practices
- Exhibit the ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Have expertise in data security, compliance standards, and business intelligence tools
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex system challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Compensation
Annual salary range: $120,000 to $180,000
