This isn't just another recruiting role. You'll be the mastermind behind end-to-end hiring for our Thailand-based and remote positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and beyond. Your mission? Identify, attract, and lock down top-tier, mission-driven talent who'll help us revolutionize financial access across Southeast Asia and beyond.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, with a strong focus on tech, product, and high-growth teams.
Act as a talent quality gatekeeper - screening CVs, portfolios, and digging deeper than just resumes to uncover true potential.
Proactively source exceptional candidates via platforms, communities, networks, and creative strategies.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, define role requirements, and co-design killer hiring processes.
Conduct meaningful interviews that uncover true potential and values alignment.
Deliver structured feedback to both candidates and internal teams, enabling data-driven decisions.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates.
Manage and optimize the hiring funnel using ATS and recruitment metrics.
Keep a finger on the pulse of talent trends in Thailand, and bring game-changing insights to shape hiring strategies.

Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, startup, or growth environments.
Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels.
Deep familiarity with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently, aligning across borders and time zones.
Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience hiring in AI, product, or software engineering functions.
Knowledge of Thailand's talent landscape, job boards, and professional communities.
Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with regional hiring across Southeast Asia.
Experience working in a remote-first, high-growth company.
