Gabriella & Co is hiring a Regional Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll represent our specialized electrical testing products, focusing on consultative selling within the cable and harness manufacturing industry. This is a remote/home office role where you’ll own an assigned territory, drive growth through strategic planning, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers, with regular regional travel required.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales goals.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within manufacturing, MRO, government, and OEM customer segments.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical testing products and solutions.
- Deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established guidelines.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and order coordination.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, engineering, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
- Keep accurate CRM records of activity, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Monitor market activity, customer trends, and competitor insights to inform sales strategy.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with ownership of results (territory, quota, or comparable accountability).
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage a pipeline end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation for both executive and technical audiences.
- CRM proficiency and disciplined documentation of activity and forecasting.
- Comfort learning technical concepts and translating them into customer value.
- Valid ability to travel regionally (car and/or commercial travel as needed).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Background in cable/harness and electrical manufacturing context.
- Experience as an Electrical Engineer, Test Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer.
- Experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in QA or Manufacturing Quality (inspection, test, process).
- Sales experience selling into cable/harness manufacturing, wire processing, or related electrical production environments.

Work Mode
This position is remote/home office-based. The ideal candidate will be located in the United States, with a preference for those in a Central or Midwest territory to best serve the assigned region. Regular regional travel is a key part of the role.
