About the Role

Restaurant Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own revenue growth and market share goals in the South region. In this role, you will lead a team, develop strategic plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive new business installations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executive hunters.
  • Utilize CRM sales data for coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop annual and monthly sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Regional Operations and On-Boarding Teams to ensure seamless new customer installations.
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product Development, and other teams to align GTM strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
  • Streamline and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, including sales pipeline progression and new business installation.
  • Manage the regional sales budget, including expenses and commissions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts in CRM to aid production and inventory planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in a regional role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed, with 50% travel required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Operates with an entrepreneurial, business ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree.
  • Industry-specific knowledge or experience.

You will lead the South sales team, a group of Sales Executive hunters, driving the region's revenue performance.

Work Mode
