About the Role
This role is responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market presence across the Pacific Northwest region. The individual will lead enterprise sales efforts, engage with key decision-makers, and execute strategic account planning to exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales processes for enterprise clients in the region
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities within targeted accounts
- Collaborate with marketing to align regional campaigns with sales goals
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored presentations to prospects
- Forecast sales activity and revenue with accuracy
- Work closely with technical pre-sales teams to address customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts and manage deal structuring
- Track and report on key sales metrics and pipeline health
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Drive adoption of solutions within existing accounts through expansion efforts
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to support complex deals
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and sales documentation
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Provide feedback from customers to inform product and service improvements
- Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
- Manage territory planning and prioritization of prospects
- Build a strong regional pipeline through proactive outreach
- Use data to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure and performance bonuses.
