DME seeks a Regional Sales Manager to provide direction and business support for sales operations across the PA-OH-WV-DE-MD territory. You will develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals and control sales programs for DME products. This role is based in Pennsylvania or Ohio.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers daily
- Meet team targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
- Assist leadership in the annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives
- Prepare periodic sales reports and assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
- Monitor and evaluate activities and products of competitors
- Travel up to 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in mold making, injection molding, or the plastics industry
- Ability to utilize CRM software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Industry experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics manufacturing
Work Mode
This is a local position requiring residence in Pennsylvania or Ohio.
