Responsibilities
- Grow sales through distribution channels by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new accounts.
- Execute territory growth strategies, including pricing, freight optimization, product knowledge sessions, and promotional activities.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, value-added solutions.
- Provide regular market intelligence and sales insights through forecasts, bi-weekly calls, and monthly reports.
- Represent IPS at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate product delivery and project execution with manufacturing and customer teams.
- Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and track performance against projections to ensure reliable revenue planning.
- Own full accountability for achieving regional financial targets, including revenue, gross margin, product mix and other key performance metrics.
