CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts - Enterprise to directly sell our security software solutions across Texas. In this remote field sales role, you will be responsible for planning, prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business revenue, primarily through flexible licensing models. You will drive incremental revenue with new customers and build relationships with senior executive decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers, typically using flexible and scalable licensing models.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, identifying core customer requirements and mapping CrowdStrike’s solutions to their business needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated product adoption, expansion, and eventual transition of accounts after the first twelve months.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM and marketing software in a timely manner.
- Account for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective account plans, including events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.
- Promote CrowdStrike’s products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.
- Routinely sell-to and interact with the senior-most customer executive and CXO-level decision makers.
- Work is primarily performed in the field away from home office or company office location.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
- Confidence and expertise with presentations, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
- A complete understanding and ability to articulate the business and technical contexts of key accounts.
- Authoritative leadership by example on accounts and the ability to compel others to get on board.
- Ability to mentor others on consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, software business value concepts, and CrowdStrike's products.
Nice to Have
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
Team & Environment
You will effectively collaborate with other teams, including Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external parties such as Alliance and Channel Partners.
