About the Role

CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Mid Market to drive growth within the finance sector. You will focus on cultivating large and complex business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships across AP, Telangana & Sri Lanka. Your success will be measured by meeting and exceeding your individual sales quota through effective pipeline management and internal collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota by working closely with internal resources and independently.
  • Identify new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining executive-level relationships within your region.
  • Network within client organizations and influence key C-level decision makers.
  • Act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts.
  • Expand sales within existing and new accounts by building relationships with key decision makers.
  • Articulate and promote the company's value proposition to become a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account.
  • Lead a virtual team and collaborate with internal groups to drive and close opportunities.
  • Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to large organizations.
  • Ability to network effectively at multiple levels within an account, up to C-level.
  • Experience selling technically complex solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
  • Demonstrated success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Native fluency and business-level proficiency in the required languages.

This is a remote position operating on a local-country basis, with the designated location being Hyderabad.
