U-Haul is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business in the MENA region for our AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. You will focus on finding qualified leads, prospecting new customers, and safeguarding their digital assets.
What You'll Do
- Identify new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
- Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
- Present and sell solutions through webinars, meetings, workshops, events, and trade shows.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
- Approach customers and execute your sales strategy.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager to coordinate activities.
- Independently conduct negotiations, including with C-Suite executives.
- Contribute actively to the development of strategies and internal processes.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure pipeline growth.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales for high-tech products and/or services.
- Proven experience in customer interaction and effective follow-up.
- Results-driven professional with a deep understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Winning Complex Sales.
- A structured, organized work style with the ability to lead and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, social competencies, and a customer-oriented approach focused on closing deals.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to work as an effective team player.
- High commitment, willingness to go the extra mile, and proactive responsibility.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented, can-do mentality.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Open to travel as required for business needs.
