Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitary ware brand, supplying premium bathroom products across Bali and Indonesia. We collaborate with leading architects, developers, and interior designers to provide high-quality, sustainable bathroom solutions that blend aesthetics and function.
We are now looking for an Operations & Service Manager — a hands-on, highly organized individual who can take ownership of everything that happens after a sale is confirmed, ensuring each order flows smoothly from production to installation and after-sales support.
Tasks
About the Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of Ahti, managing the full journey from order to installation.
This includes:
- Overseeing our warehouse and logistics staff ,
- Managing deliveries and installations staff,
- Handling customer service and technical support staff, and
- Closing the feedback loop with our quality team in our factories.
This is a key leadership role for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and improving systems — someone who wants to make things run like clockwork.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination — ideally within interiors, construction materials, sanitary ware, or appliances.
- Proven ability to manage small teams (warehouse, plumber, drivers, customer service).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — can build systems from scratch.
- Calm under pressure and naturally solution-focused.
- Practical, hands-on mindset; enjoys seeing things move from start to finish.
