AirGarage is looking for a Launch Lead to ensure the timely and successful launch of new facilities by managing signage installation and related launch processes. You will be instrumental in bringing our mission to bring real estate online, starting with parking, to more locations.
What You’ll Do
- Source and manage vendors to facilitate the installation of AirGarage signage across the US and Canada.
- Collaborate across internal teams including Sales, Partner Success, Onboarding, Operations, and Product to ensure seamless facility launches.
- Work directly with Property Owners to ensure launch plans meet their standards and keep them informed of progress.
- Diligently track completion of launch-related tasks and milestones, updating internal teams.
- Innovate and improve the launch process through experimentation.
- Own the signage program end-to-end, from blank page to live in the field.
- Define standards, audit locations, scope vendors, and drive installs at pace.
- Manage a small remote team.
- Build and iterate our signage playbook and bill of materials by market and site type.
- Run site assessments, collect on-the-ground context, and validate assumptions.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors at scale while maintaining quality and speed.
- Partner with Ops, Sales, and Compliance to ensure signage supports revenue, compliance, and brand.
- Track timelines, costs, and outcomes in a lightweight system in Notion.
What We’re Looking For
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in different cities simultaneously.
- Ability to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication across internal teams, landlord Partners, and external vendors.
- Resourcefulness and comfort operating in ambiguity to overcome unforeseen delays and hurdles.
