About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives in a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned regions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies
- Track and report on sales performance metrics

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Coordinate with marketing to support regional campaigns
- Provide feedback on customer needs to product teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent the company at industry events
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handoff to account management
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support strategic planning for regional expansion
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth areas
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
