CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Existing Accounts (Remote)

About the Role

CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager - Existing Accounts to directly sell enterprise security software solutions and drive incremental revenue within our customer base. This field sales role has primary accountability for the company’s relationship within existing accounts following hand-off from new business and Customer Success teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the growth and retention of existing accounts via cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping CrowdStrike’s solutions to customer business requirements.
  • Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying risks and engaging stakeholders to resolve barriers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders post-sale for seamless customer hand-off, ensuring product adoption, expansion, flexible model drawdown, and renewal.
  • Be accountable for accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion quota attainment, and product adoption breadth.
  • Document customer contact and activity data accurately and timely within CRM.
  • Promote CrowdStrike’s products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expert-level experience resolving complex issues using professional concepts and company objectives.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all customer levels.
  • A complete, “big-picture” understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • A driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account sets and compels others to get on board.
  • Full adeptness at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, the sales lifecycle of security software, software business value concepts, and the company's products.
  • Expert-level knowledge of selling the company’s products and services, with routine interaction up to CXO levels.
  • Experience with large Enterprise or increasingly complex public sector accounts.

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.

Team & Environment

Drives effective collaboration with other teams, including new business Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external parties such as Alliance and Channel Partners.

  • Compensation range: $105,000 - $163,000 per year + equity grants.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
