Responsibilities
- Identify potential for expanding accounts and cross-selling opportunities within the region
- Manage a team of sales and senior sales managers while maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their business requirements
- Assist senior sales leads in organizing high-level client meetings and executive engagement initiatives
- Maintain uniform account management practices and promote sharing of best practices across the regional sales organization
- Create and execute regional strategies to meet revenue and EBITDA goals
- Guide the team in executing the regional commercial strategy effectively
- Monitor pricing accuracy, margin control, and operational efficiency across sales operations
- Lead and facilitate regional sales planning sessions
- Evaluate regional sales performance data and deploy corrective or improvement actions
- Enforce CRM compliance and oversee account management activities in alignment with established operational rhythms
- Ensure consistent execution of customer outreach, follow-ups, pipeline assessments, and account planning
- Partner with product leaders, business unit directors, and regional managers to match offerings with client demands
- Coordinate with marketing teams on regional campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts
