About the Role
Lead and expand sales efforts in the eastern region by developing key accounts, securing new retail placements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with regional retail partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Execute sales strategies to increase product distribution and visibility
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on campaign rollouts
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends in the region
- Present product offerings to prospective and existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with retailers
- Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
- Ensure compliance with brand standards in retail environments
- Coordinate in-store promotions and product launches
- Drive sell-through by supporting retail sales teams
- Manage pipeline forecasts and sales projections
- Attend industry events and trade shows as required
- Resolve customer issues related to delivery, inventory, or service
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Support national sales initiatives at the regional level
- Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
- Advocate for customer feedback to internal product teams
- Promote brand integrity during all client interactions
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular territory reviews and route planning
- Train retail staff on product knowledge when needed
- Leverage data to optimize sales approaches
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines
- Ensure ethical business practices in all dealings
