Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue, profit, and cost goals by advancing strategic initiatives, supporting current clients, and pursuing new business aligned with integrated print service objectives through leadership of a sales team.
- Manage team operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, recognition, disciplinary actions, and resolution of employee concerns in line with company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to create an annual business plan outlining sales strategies and activities to meet or surpass regional sales targets.
- Apply consultative selling techniques, demonstrating deep understanding of client industries, market dynamics, pricing models, and competitive landscape.
- Keep precise records of forecasting, sales outreach, client meetings, presentations, closed deals, and follow-up actions within designated territories.
- Deliver all required reports to senior leadership and corporate offices on schedule.
- Recruit and attract qualified sales representatives using proven hiring strategies.
- Play an active role in onboarding and training new sales team members.
- Support ongoing professional growth and product knowledge development among sales staff.
- Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including securing executive-level connections and influencing key decision-makers.
- Maintain regular communication with all clients in the region to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Support the rollout of new products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with direct reports and cross-functional support teams.
- Track and assess shifts in client needs, market trends, competitive actions, and industry developments.
- Complete additional assignments and contribute to special projects as directed.
