Baxter Healthcare Corporation is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Bardy Diagnostics sales team in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of cardiac monitoring products by recruiting, developing, and managing a team while building critical relationships with healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage top talent to build a successful Regional Team.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop commercial team objectives and growth initiatives.
- Develop a strategic plan to drive CAM Patch adoption.
- Implement a regional business plan and sales strategy to manage your team to success.
- Empower your team to reach their full potential by crafting a culture that fosters teamwork, planning, and execution to exceed corporate and commercial goals.
- Understand the business at the regional level and provide quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership.
- Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products and services.
- Train staff, physicians and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for our products & services.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of sales management experience within medical device/hospital space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen including knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies with good organization and time management skills.
- Individual must live within the current geography (Pacific Northwest) or be willing to relocate to it.
- At least 50% travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Cardiology, Electrophysiology or Cardiac Monitoring sales experience.
- Familiarity with posted territory.

- Estimated base salary: $147,000 to $202,000 annually.
