HexArmor is hiring a Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Engage with safety personnel at major industrial facilities to assess safety challenges and opportunities for injury and cost reduction
  • Propose, tailor, or create suitable safety solutions aligned with client needs
  • Support safety and procurement teams in building financial justifications based on reduced incident rates and PPE spending
  • Assist in implementing updated PPE protocols across plant, divisional, and enterprise levels
  • Build trusted relationships with corporate and divisional safety leaders
  • Develop strong, results-driven connections with regional and national distribution leaders
  • Cultivate and support advocates within safety distribution networks at all levels
  • Partner with internal sales representatives using a collaborative sales model when appropriate
  • Maintain clear communication with internal sales colleagues on regional activities
  • Convey market and product insights to product development and sales leadership
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to align inventory with current and emerging business demands
  • Deliver training programs for distributor sales teams within the assigned region
  • Deliver compelling safety presentations at local and regional events
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and actively pursue a defined target list
  • Conduct meetings with end users at operational and executive levels
  • Attend regional and national industry-specific safety events as required
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to plan and document daily, weekly, and monthly activities
  • Forecast upcoming and potential sales opportunities in the CRM system to support inventory planning
  • Control regional expenses to meet profitability goals, including travel, samples, and distributor support costs
  • Accept additional assignments and duties as directed by sales leadership
  • Travel frequently, with a minimum of 60% of time spent on the road

Base salary plus quarterly commission
