Grupo Mariposa is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to direct the regional sales team. In this role, you will align team activities with company objectives to guarantee the fulfillment of established sales, management, and trade marketing targets. What You'll Do
- Manage the product portfolio for the development and optimization of new SKUs.
- Develop sales plans based on company goals to guarantee their execution.
- Establish action plans for sales and trade marketing to achieve set targets.
- Lead the sales team to fulfill volume and coverage goals.
- Analyze and interpret volume, coverage, and trade marketing indicators to evaluate portfolio performance and take corrective actions.
- Supervise compliance with sales processes to identify improvement opportunities and reach established objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
