CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Engineer (Remote, DEU)

CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Engineer to support our cybersecurity mission in Germany. In this remote role, you will deliver technical product expertise, configure solutions for customer evaluations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.

What You'll Do

• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Configure product installations and customizations in a POV engagement.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
• Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging.
• Work as a Trusted Advisor within our prospects and customers in order to gain mind-share and ensure project success.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Sales engineering background or multiple years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Language fluency in German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies.
• Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
