Stellar Cyber, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is hiring a Regional Sales Director for the CEE & Southern Europe region. This remote position, based in Brazil, is responsible for developing the commercial strategy, managing channels, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Develop the commercial strategy for the CEE & Southern Europe Region.
- Manage strategy with Distributors and Wholesalers, including channel management and marketing development.
- Develop plans for business verticals and business development.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenue.
- Increase revenue in assigned regions by identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunities for direct sales or partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
- 2-5 years of cybersecurity experience.
- A four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline such as information technology, computer science, business, or engineering.
- Demonstrated technical acumen to articulate Stellar Cyber's value proposition effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must ideally reside in the Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro greater area.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with complex solution sales in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or Networking.
- Start-up experience.
