About the Role

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Director to spearhead strategic sales initiatives in Poland for the Commercial Business Unit. As a First-Line Sales Leader based in Dublin, you will lead a team of Account Executives, driving revenue and achieving goals in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate a diverse and high-performing team, positioning them as trusted advisors to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of Account Executives.
  • Support Account Executives in client meetings, providing leadership and leveraging internal resources.
  • Build ecosystem and partner/reseller relations across the Polish market.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across the Salesforce ecosystem to drive team and organizational success.
  • Lead initiatives to generate and improve revenue opportunities within key customer accounts.
  • Guide Account Executives on effective sales strategies to increase closure rates and identify new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives (C-Level) within customer organizations.
  • Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecasts to Area Sales Management.
  • Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and winning team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling and leading high-performing sales teams with consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise applications and customer success metrics.
  • Skilled in recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent, with a track record of internal promotions.
  • Ability to navigate complex buying cycles and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Proficient in aligning sales strategies with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Experience in leveraging data for forecasting, pipeline management, and identifying market trends.
  • Effective in working with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive alignment and success.
  • Expertise in sales planning, territory management, and optimising sales tools and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for internal team alignment and external customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of regional dynamics and ability to adapt to cultural and market-specific needs. Polish market knowledge is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Polish languages is mandatory.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of Account Executives as a First-Line Sales Leader within the EMEA Emerging Markets Sales team, reporting to Area Sales Management.

This is a local-country role based in Dublin, Ireland.
