The Manager of University Partnerships plays a key role in expanding access to dental care by cultivating relationships with dental schools and academic programs. You'll represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, and educational sessions, serving as a trusted contact for students and faculty alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead in-person visits, including office tours and campus presentations, to engage prospective dentists
- Coordinate travel, scheduling, and logistics for candidate visits and university events
- Build and maintain strong connections with dental school administrators, faculty, and student groups
- Guide candidates through partnership discussions, including contract presentation and negotiation
- Collaborate with onboarding, credentialing, and regional leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Support provider renewals and ongoing engagement efforts
- Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute events such as lunch and learns, career fairs, and networking dinners
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have professional experience in healthcare or dental environments. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Prior experience in recruitment, sales, training, marketing, or business development is highly valued. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and skilled at managing multiple relationships across academic and clinical settings.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Texas or Oklahoma, with flexibility for remote work within these states. Regular travel within the region is expected to support campus visits and events.
