They're relentless hunters seeking and securing new business opportunities, laser-focused on Fortune 250 prospects through a strategic named accounts approach. We're talking enterprise deals ranging from $500k to over $1M, driven by direct sales and killer partnerships. We're looking for adaptable go-getters who consistently crush their goals. Joining our Sales team means collaborating with top-tier professionals passionate about pioneering Zero Trust Segmentation. Your Impact: • Lead the Illumio field organization, uncovering and creating sales opportunities within target accounts • Craft and execute a territory plan focused on "landing and expanding" • Drive a regional sales strategy that tightly integrates ADRs, partner managers, customer success advisors, and field resources • Accurately forecast business objectives for clients and Illumio • Build relationships with resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners Your Toolkit: • 8+ years full-cycle enterprise sales experience in security/networking software • 5+ years co-selling with robust partner networks • Ability to deliver tailored, compelling "teaching conversations" • Engage with urgency across all potential sales channels • Expert at asking the right questions and technically savvy • Proven track record selling to C-suite executives • Strong regional contact network • Thrives in fast-paced environments Compensation: $154,000 - $185,000 Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, savings accounts, life/disability programs, paid parental leave, wellness programs, retirement savings, equity opportunities, and more.
