Up Education is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to drive student enrolment and profitability across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Agents, Feeder Schools, and Sponsors across all divisions and our product range.
What You'll Do
- Identify suitable Higher Education and VET agents and design effective management schedules and incentives to meet recruitment targets.
- Manage deep, productive relationships with key agent partners.
- Monitor competitor activity to build greater market awareness and enable strategic analysis.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Agent Account Plans to support partners in achieving their targets.
- Identify and recommend new agents and recruitment opportunities to expand our reach.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or tertiary degree level qualification.
- Fluency in English and at least one other regional language.
- A result-oriented approach with a proven ability to deliver on sales, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- The ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and change, and to work collaboratively with a team through change.
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales, budgets, and projects within a marketplace.
- Strong sales planning skills, including developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for a customer portfolio.
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and its unique challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand and Australian education systems and visa regulations.
Nice to Have
- A tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing.
- A couple of years’ experience in sales and marketing, ideally with specific experience in VET programmes and exposure to an agency or indirect distribution model.
