Up Education is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to drive student enrolment and profitability across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Agents, Feeder Schools, and Sponsors across all divisions and our product range.

What You'll Do

Identify suitable Higher Education and VET agents and design effective management schedules and incentives to meet recruitment targets.
Manage deep, productive relationships with key agent partners.
Monitor competitor activity to build greater market awareness and enable strategic analysis.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Agent Account Plans to support partners in achieving their targets.
Identify and recommend new agents and recruitment opportunities to expand our reach.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s or tertiary degree level qualification.
Fluency in English and at least one other regional language.
A result-oriented approach with a proven ability to deliver on sales, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
The ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and change, and to work collaboratively with a team through change.
Demonstrated experience in managing sales, budgets, and projects within a marketplace.
Strong sales planning skills, including developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for a customer portfolio.
Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and its unique challenges.
In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand and Australian education systems and visa regulations.

Nice to Have

A tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing.
A couple of years’ experience in sales and marketing, ideally with specific experience in VET programmes and exposure to an agency or indirect distribution model.
