Age Gate - THC | The HEINEKEN Company is looking for a Regional Property Manager to protect and enhance the fabric of a substantial portfolio of pubs across London and the Southern Home Counties. You will be responsible for ensuring these assets are safe, compliant, and progressively improved, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to manage budgets and projects.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the internal and external fabric of a national portfolio, focusing on asset protection and progressive improvement.
- Manage budgets and work closely with colleagues, suppliers, contractors, and lessees/tenants.
- Ensure pubs are safe for lessees and customers, improving both condition and sustainability.
- Work with new and outgoing pub operators to explain repair obligations and the dilapidations process.
- Manage health and safety and oversee projects within a strong compliance culture.
- Manage third parties, see projects through to completion, and navigate complex challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Current experience working in property, with multi-site portfolio experience.
- Familiarity with terms like reactive repairs, planned maintenance, capital investment, and dilapidations.
- Proven track record of managing projects, repairs, and maintenance across multiple sites.
- Ability to evidence successful budget control.
- Experience of successful stakeholder management and building great relationships.
- Experience working effectively within an environment with a strong compliance culture.
- Must be organised, prepared, and a great proactive communicator.
- A full UK driving licence (required for company car).
- Must live in or close to the London and Southern Home Counties region.
Nice to Have
- Formal qualifications in building surveying or facilities management, such as being an RICS-qualified Building Surveyor or holding a CIOB chartered status/BSc in building surveying.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of ten Regional Property Managers, reporting directly to the Southern Regional Property Controller. The culture is passionate about supporting ambition and growth in the property team.
