Egis Group is hiring a Regional PMO Lead - North East

Responsibilities

  • Lead evaluations of client operations to identify challenges and co-develop customized solutions that meet strategic objectives.
  • Manage the analysis, documentation, and communication of findings and recommendations during client projects.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person workshops to support joint planning and control activities with client teams.
  • Act as a key representative within cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with clients, internal departments, and delivery partners.
  • Tailor standard methodologies, processes, and tools to meet unique client requirements while adhering to governance frameworks such as NEC4 and client-specific guidelines.
  • Establish and oversee project controls systems covering scheduling, cost management, risk tracking, and performance reporting, including baseline development and data integration.
  • Generate clear, actionable insights for senior decision-makers using dashboards, KPI reports, trend analysis, and forecasting models.
  • Assist with change management processes, QSRA, and the implementation of Earned Value Management systems when needed.
  • Mentor project teams to strengthen internal expertise, enhance consistency in controls practices, and support organizational development programs.
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures across all project activities.

Compensation
