Responsibilities

Lead evaluations of client operations to identify challenges and co-develop customized solutions that meet strategic objectives.
Manage the analysis, documentation, and communication of findings and recommendations during client projects.
Conduct virtual and in-person workshops to support joint planning and control activities with client teams.
Act as a key representative within cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with clients, internal departments, and delivery partners.
Tailor standard methodologies, processes, and tools to meet unique client requirements while adhering to governance frameworks such as NEC4 and client-specific guidelines.
Establish and oversee project controls systems covering scheduling, cost management, risk tracking, and performance reporting, including baseline development and data integration.
Generate clear, actionable insights for senior decision-makers using dashboards, KPI reports, trend analysis, and forecasting models.
Assist with change management processes, QSRA, and the implementation of Earned Value Management systems when needed.
Mentor project teams to strengthen internal expertise, enhance consistency in controls practices, and support organizational development programs.
Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures across all project activities.
