Riverside Insights is looking for a Regional Partnership Manager, Clinical to lead strategic sales efforts across an assigned territory. In this role, you will focus on selling Riverside Clinical products through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to drive revenue growth and expand opportunity for learners.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross-selling innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Riverside’s clinical products and strategic offerings.
- Create and execute a territory plan aligned with departmental objectives, monitoring progress and implementing alternative strategies as needed.
- Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to maintain accurate pipeline data, improving forecasting accuracy.
- Build thought leadership by staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights to inform product and sales strategies.
- Advance sales skills in business development, strategic selling, and territory management through continuous education.
What We're Looking For
- Master's level degree in School Psychology or Special Education.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales fundamentals including prospecting, leading discovery meetings, handling objections, negotiation, and closing.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with ability to synthesize technical information.
- Strong relationship-building skills, including directed communication and ability to instill trust.
- Proven strategic thinking and critical analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Thought leadership with commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
- Must be based in SC, GA, FL, MS, LA, or AL.
- Ability to travel 50%+.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Alabama.
