Lago is looking for an EDI Specialist to support our supply chain and e-commerce operations. In this role, you'll focus on improving internal efficiency and maintaining clean operations with our retail partners and EDI providers.
What You'll Do
- Manage EDI workflows, validating inventory feeds and resolving mismatches across multiple platforms.
- Investigate and follow up on technical issues with external trade partners and EDI providers.
- Handle daily ticket management, ensuring timely responses and organized tracking.
- Work directly with the operations team for onboarding, support, and ongoing coaching.
- Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks and propose simple process improvements.
- Support internal team members by reducing backlog, increasing speed, and improving data accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort handling structured data formats.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
- Basic technical background and eagerness to learn more about EDI and supply chain workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ticket threads.
- A proactive and communicative mindset — someone who takes initiative to keep things moving.
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Wayfair.
- Experience with EDI tools such as SPS Commerce or TrueCommerce.
