Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist to provide dedicated technical support to Spanish-speaking clients for mobile device-related issues. You will troubleshoot problems, assist with device optimization, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Offer expert support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for various mobile device-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical problems related to mobile applications, device connectivity, and settings.
- Assist customers in optimizing their mobile device usage and provide personalized solutions based on their requirements.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and enhance support processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues and confirm satisfaction with support services.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and product information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially concerning mobile devices.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
