About the Role

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business and sales growth within the Northwest Territory. This role focuses on complex enterprise sales cycles and requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in SaaS sales and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Build and manage a constant pipeline of prospective customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying informed of updates and new offerings
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations to secure large enterprise deals
  • Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis
  • Participate in cold call activities and shadow calls with colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with legal and sales operations teams to oversee proposal preparation and contract execution
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Travel to customer meetings locally and nationally

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of software sales experience
  • Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management)
  • An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organizations
  • Existing CTO/CIO/CISO relationships and ability to develop C-level relationships within Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Web-conference demo experience
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • A positive mindset, team-oriented attitude, results-driven approach, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
