RedLion Mobile is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee retail operations across the New York and Connecticut market. You will implement processes, formulate strategy, and secure compliance to ensure regional efficiency and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all operations are carried on in a cost-effective way
- Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising, deployments, asset management, and facilities
- Conduct store compliance visits and manage new store openings
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
