Regional Medical Science Liaison – Breast Cancer (South Korea/Singapore)
Role Overview
This field-based, remote position supports a US-led biotech client in oncology by advancing clinical trial initiatives and scientific exchange across South Korea, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. As a key field representative, you will engage with healthcare professionals, clinical investigators, and research institutions to strengthen trial enrollment and deepen scientific understanding in breast cancer and precision medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Principal Investigators, and clinical teams to support trial execution and data dissemination
- Deliver accurate, up-to-date scientific information on oncology therapies, with emphasis on breast cancer treatment innovations
- Serve as a bridge between clinical sites and central operations, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of study-related needs
- Lead educational presentations and scientific discussions to increase awareness of client-sponsored trials in the region
- Identify and qualify new clinical trial sites in underserved areas across the APAC region
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Master of Science degree in a relevant scientific discipline and have at least five years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, including proven work as a Medical Science Liaison. Oncology experience is essential, with preference given to those with specific expertise in breast cancer. Fluency in English is required, along with a willingness to travel across the designated countries.
A PhD is preferred. Additional language skills are an asset. The ideal candidate demonstrates scientific rigor, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to ethical collaboration.
