BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison (RMSL) for the Central territory to serve as a scientific expert and drive non-promotional exchange with healthcare professionals, including Hematologist/Oncologists, Pharmacy Directors, and P&T committee members. This individual contributor role supports the understanding of BeiGene's approved medicines and indications through education, insight gathering, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining independence from sales and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Proactive Scientific Exchange and Presentations to HCPs/HCOs to Support Understanding of Approved Indications of Approved Products
- Responding to Unsolicited Medical Information requests
- Gathering Scientific Insights
- Non-Promotional Scientific Exchange (NPSE)
- Corporate Overview and Disease State Presentations
- Provide educational programs on BeiGene approved products in approved indications and disease states proactively or reactively to requests by HCP or by our field sales organization
- Attend local, regional and national congresses as part of our Congress Strategy
What We're Looking For
- MD, PharmD., PhD, or DO, within a clinical and/or scientific profession with a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience and/or success within other biotech/pharmaceutical companies
- OR NP, PA, Master’s Degree within a clinical and/or scientific profession with a minimum of 6 years’ clinical experience and/or success within other biotech/pharmaceutical companies
- Clinical oncology experience in hematology/oncology
- Relationships with relevant HCPs in region
- High level of communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work with colleagues in a global setting
- Able to engage in work-related travel approximately 60-70%
- Prior MSL experience or experience in Hematology/Oncology patient care
- Knowledge of community oncology practice needs and challenges
- Impactful verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic environment
- Strong comprehension of disease states, and knowledge of differential algorithms for treatment decisions and experience in disease states of interest to BeiGene
- An expert understanding of the health care delivery system, including the managed care arena and its impact on patient care, regional medical care and the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to identify the unmet medical, educational, and research needs at a local & regional level in the medical community
- Ability to interpret key scientific data and translate the findings to meet educational and research needs in order to affect corporate research strategic activities/decisions
- Exhibits high degree of emotional intelligence and appreciation of diversity and multiculturalism
- Knowledge of related compliance guidelines
- Designs and/or leads training initiatives and best practices
- Proven ability to drive results at a high level of quality as a strategic and creative thinker

Compensation: $179,400.00 - $229,400.00 annually. Eligible for discretionary equity awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Non-Commercial roles eligible for annual bonus; Commercial roles eligible for incentive compensation.
Work Mode
Local-city role with primary locations in Denver, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, Kansas City, Omaha. Requires work-related travel of approximately 60-70%.
