What You'll Do
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that align with leasing objectives and community positioning. Tailor campaigns to regional market dynamics, audience needs, and seasonal trends to drive qualified traffic and support occupancy goals. Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to on-site collateral.
Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to expand outreach and enhance brand visibility. Lead social media initiatives, email campaigns, and resident events that foster engagement and reinforce community identity. Regularly audit marketing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
Monitor performance metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, and online reputation indicators. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize online listings, website content, and Google Business profiles. Support response protocols and review management to strengthen resident experience and online ratings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong written and visual communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of liability insurance required
- Must be bondable and able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug test and background check
- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and performing physical tasks such as standing, reaching, and transporting materials
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in logical problem-solving and applying business math concepts
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to influence cross-functional teams
