About the Role
This role is responsible for managing regional operations, leading district and store leaders, driving sales performance, and executing business strategies across a defined geographic area.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop district managers to improve team effectiveness
- Monitor sales trends and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new initiatives
- Prepare and analyze regional performance reports for leadership review
- Support recruitment and onboarding of field leadership roles
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and customer experience standards
- Drive execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Manage regional budget performance and expense control
- Identify training needs and implement development programs
- Respond to escalated operational issues in a timely manner
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
- Evaluate site-level performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records of team evaluations and progress
- Align regional goals with corporate strategic objectives
- Support store openings, relocations, and closures as needed
- Promote safety, compliance, and risk management practices
- Serve as primary regional point of contact for field teams
- Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly
- Encourage employee engagement and retention initiatives
