About the Role

This role is responsible for managing regional operations, leading district and store leaders, driving sales performance, and executing business strategies across a defined geographic area.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and compliance

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of field leadership roles
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and customer experience standards
  • Drive execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Manage regional budget performance and expense control
  • Identify training needs and implement development programs
  • Respond to escalated operational issues in a timely manner
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Evaluate site-level performance and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of team evaluations and progress

  • Support store openings, relocations, and closures as needed
  • Promote safety, compliance, and risk management practices
  • Serve as primary regional point of contact for field teams
