Requirements

  • Graduated from Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, preferably.
  • 10+ years of work experience in engineer related areas and no less than 10 years in the Oil and Gas Sector.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Skilled in Negotiation and Project Management.
  • Strong time management and leadership skills, efficiency and organization, fulfillment of goals.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Customer Service oriented. Team player.
  • Competent in AutoCad and Microsoft office package: Project, Power BI, Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal) and deliver professional presentations.
  • Ability to work in a core team, collaborate in cross functional project teams and work autonomously on projects and initiatives.
  • Growth mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong “Commercial Intensity”.
  • Competence to make timely decisions, exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
  • Demonstrate confidence to implement and influence change.
  • Strong work ethic, high enthusiasm, and ability to excel in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
  • Clean driving license

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Renewables Energy, IT / data science a plus.

Additional Information

  • Travel will be required.
