Binance is hiring a Regional Head of Compliance - Americas to lead compliance operations for the Americas region. You will be responsible for ensuring our activities adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all compliance operations across the Americas region
- Ensure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage regional compliance policies and procedures
- Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for the Americas
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on necessary operational changes
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience leading compliance functions within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry
- Deep expertise in the legal and regulatory landscape across the Americas
- Proven ability to design, implement, and scale compliance programs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
