ContiTech USA, Inc. is hiring a Regional Demand Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SIOP process with emphasis on fulfilling customer demands while improving capacity use, inventory levels, and supply chain cost efficiency.
  • Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and balance supply and demand, including finished goods allocation and escalation across business areas.
  • Evaluate and report monthly SIOP outcomes for the assigned product segment in alignment with business and supply chain strategy.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and participate in cross-business capacity planning governance.
  • Monitor product segment performance using standard supply chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and execute initiatives that enhance process efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Support product lifecycle transitions, including ramp-up and phase-out activities.
  • Partner with the supply chain processes and projects team to establish, train, and roll out standardized supply chain procedures.
  • Serve as functional leader for plant supply chain teams within the region, guiding recruitment, performance management, development, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • SIOP-Process ownership, with a strong focus on meeting customer requirements, while optimizing the capacity utilization, inventory & SC cost structures.
  • Demand Planning, Inventory planning and Demand & Supply Balancing (incl. FG demand allocation/escalation within & across BAs)
  • Reviewing/reporting the monthly SIOP results within your respective product segment, following BA and SCM strategic direction
  • Driving effective alignment processes with all relevant functions (Sales/Segments, Plant Operations, DC Operations, Customer Logistics, Controlling) and actively participating in the x-BA governance process for capacity alignment.
  • The continuous monitoring of the respective product segment performance, based on standard KPIs (OTIF, Inventory, Capacity utilization, SC cost, FC accuracy ...)
  • The proactive identification and implementation of improvement opportunities towards process excellence.
  • A clear & strong focus on meeting / exceeding customer requirements
  • To support the product phase-in / phase-out
  • To collaborate with the “SCM Processes & Projects” team to define, train & implement standard SC processes
  • Functional lead of the plant supply chain managers and teams in the cluster, support SCM staff recruitment, performance, potential reviews, training and development
