As a Regional Category Specialist focused on Above the Neck (ATN) protection, you will lead the expansion of the product category across a defined territory. Your role centers on deepening market penetration by combining technical knowledge with strategic collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical and product expert for ATN solutions, including head, eye/face, and hearing protection
- Partner with regional sales teams to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for distributors, sales staff, and end users
- Support new product introductions through pilot programs, demonstrations, and post-launch follow-up
- Conduct site assessments, product trials, and technical evaluations to support customer adoption
- Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for product development and messaging
- Track and report on regional performance metrics, including trial conversion and category share
- Ensure consistent, value-driven product positioning across all customer-facing channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of five years in PPE, industrial safety, technical sales, or category management
- Proven experience in distributor-driven markets and channel sales models
- Track record supporting product launches, trials, or category growth initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the Gulf region, including visits to customer sites and distribution centers
